Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will be calculated and added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions throughout the year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to create an account to place an order. However, creating an account allows you to save your shipping information, view your order history, and access your product warranty information. We’ll be adding more features to the account page in the near future.
Do you offer personalisation

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times depend on your location. UK orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. International orders usually arrive within 7–16 business days.
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to let us know if you wish to return it for a full refund.
To return an item, please include the packing slip with your return and clearly state the reason for returning it. Simply take your parcel to your local post office and make sure you obtain proof of postage.
If you are returning apparel, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. If the item has any tags attached, please ensure they have not been removed.
Damaged or defective items can only be replaced with the same item and cannot be exchanged for a different product.

Personalised Items
As personalised items are made to order, they cannot be returned for a refund or replacement unless there has been an error during production. Once a personalised order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
