Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.

How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Domestic UK Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from receiving your product to tell us if you wish to return it for a full refund. To return an item, please enclose the packing slip in with your purchase and clearly mark the reason for your return. Simply return your parcel to the post office making sure to get a proof of postage. If apparel, the item cannot be worn or washed. A damaged or defective item can only be replaced for the same item. If the item has a tag attached, please ensure this has not been removed. Another item cannot be substituted in place of a damaged or defective item. (Please see Returns Policy for more info)
Personalised Items:
The items are made to order and are personalised to your requirements, so cannot be sent back for a refund or replacement unless there is an error in production. The order can not be cancelled once it has been ordered.
